The payment must be paid in full prior the beginning of the activity.

Our private, semi-private and group sessions have an expiry date. After this date, your package will become inactive. It is therefore your responsibility to buy the right package corresponding to your needs and availabilities.  Only under exceptional circumstances AND at the discretion of management, no package will be extended.

Given the small number of participants per class, it is highly recommended to book your sessions in advance to secure your spot in the class that interests you.  You can book your sessions online at http://www.pilatesboisfranc.com thru  previously created user account.

Any cancellation of a session must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session you signed in. In case of absence without cancellation within the required time, your session will be deducted from your package.

Our 8 or 12 week sessions cannot be extended nor cancelled.

If a group class is complete, it is possible to add your name to the waiting list. An email will inform you if a spot becomes available.

Our private, semi-private and group sessions are neither refundable nor exchangeable.  However, if you are unable to use your sessions for medical reasons or force majeure, you may transfer them to a family member.

Choose comfortable clothes. Pilates and yoga are practiced barefeet or with non-slip socks or soft sole ballet shoes. By respect for other participants and the instructor, we ask you not to wear perfume.

We ask you to arrive a few minutes before the beginning of the session to respect the schedule of the session.

Private insurance receipts will be issued directly by the instructor and will only be authorized for private or semi-private sessions.  It is your responsibility to check with your own insurance company beforehand to make sure you are covered.

Protecting your personal information is important to Pilates Bois-Franc. Therefore, only persons authorized by management who have committed to keep your information confidential, will have access to this information.  Pilates Bois-Franc will not sell, distribute, exchange or transfer your personal information.
