On the contrary, gentle training in a safe environment with a qualified instructor can provide you with many benefits and even improve your overall health.
With the permission of your health care professional, you can benefit from our private or semi-private Pilates on Reformer sessions if practiced at least once a week.
What to expect during your first session
The instructor will have you complete a questionnaire to assess your physical condition and will do an analysis of your posture.
Once he has explained how a Reformer works and given the safety instructions, he will begin the series of Pilates introductory exercises.
You go at your own pace without any pressure. Your instructor will supervise all your movements and make the necessary corrections.
After a series of 10 sessions, our clients living with problems such as scoliosis, herniated disc, low back pain have seen their condition improve: less pain, better posture to walk longer, better balance.
