A 50 minutes workout – A well rounded and blended combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, and mind/body. Using body weight, hand weights, stability balls, Step, BOSU, for a total body transformation. Have fun – work hard!

Tabata Circuit

Max. 6 persons per class

This class is designed for fit individuals without injuries or limitations.

Fat burn with interval training. 30 seconds of work & 10 second break. 4 stations in a circuit (glider/elastic/BOSU, Step & free weights). Each combines different levels of cardio and muscle endurance to focus on full body training.

Work on your core strength, flexibility, stability, dynamic balance & body control.

Bring your towel and water bottle.
