Except for the cardio classes which are designed for clients WITHOUT INJURIES or LIMITATIONS, all other classes are LOW IMPACT and are designed for men and women of all ages.

ESSENTRICS

What is the ESSENTRICS technique?  Created by the Esmonde technique (Miranda Esmonde-White) in the 1990s, the ESSENTRICS technique involves working the body in its entirety and the muscle chains, releasing and relaxing your muscles, thus relieving you of any muscular tension.  The fluid and continuous movements of the ESSENTRICS program combine dynamic stretching and muscle building at the same time to improve overall strength and flexibility.   • You prefer an individual training without the pressure of having to keep pace with the group workout.

  • You want to do a semi-private training with a family member or a friend.

  • You need a close attention from the instructor because of physical problems or limitations.

  • You want to obtain a naturopathic or naturopathic insurance receipt from an instructor who is a member of a professional association.
