Anyone who wishes to join our pilates REFORMER group sessions must first do one (1) or two (2) PRIVATE introductory sessions.
We will refuse access to our group sessions to anyone who has not received the REFORMER introductory session((s).

Two years ago, I was looking for a workout that was lower impact than running and less monotonous than the gym.
